madriaticBLU,LLC and/or its agents act only in the capacity as an agent for the passenger in all matters connected with luggage, hotels, sightseeing tours and transportation, whether by motor coach, boat, airplane or any other means; and is not liable for any damage from any cause.

madriaticBLU,LLC and/or its agents are not responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late departures, change of schedule, strikes or other conditions. The carriers, accommodations, and other third party suppliers of tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees or servants of madriaticBLU,LLC. All travel documents are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied.

The itineraries shown are subject to revision, including the substitution of accommodations for those of a comparable category. If, after departure, the services included in the tour cannot be supplied, or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of madriaticBLU,LLC, the company will arrange for the provision of comparable services.

madriaticBLU,LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever the company deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time. While traveling, all participants are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are traveling, and madriaticBLU,LLC accepts no responsibility for the illegal actions of any tour participant.

The tour participant agrees that neither madriaticBLU,LLC nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any supplier providing tour services, or any insurer or insurance administrator, or of any other person.

No person, other than an authorized representative of madriaticBLU,LLC, by document in writing, is authorized to vary, add, or waive any term or condition in this website, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.

madriaticBLU reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any tour or part thereof, and to use the resulting photography for promotional purposes. By booking a reservation with madriaticBLU, tour members agree to allow their images to be used in such photography. Tour members who prefer that their images not be used are asked to identify themselves to their madriaticBLU Guide or Tour Coordinator at the beginning of their tour.

All madriaticBLU sales are final and non-refundable except according to the terms outlined above. Tour participants are requested to purchase supplemental travel insurance from a company of their choosing. Upon completion of a reservation and payment of the final deposit, all tour participants must either provide proof of supplemental travel insurance or sign a supplemental insurance waiver form acknowledging that the tour is non-refundable.
